20 Minute Cardio Workout to Lose Belly Fat – Belly Fat Burning Exercises at Home



This workout combines cardio exercises with belly strengthening exercises that will help you burn that belly fat, but also to flatten your belly. Hence a cardio workout to lose belly fat. It takes 20 minutes in total and consists of two sets. One cardio set and one strength set. Each set is repeated twice. After each set you will get a short water break.
